As a non-profit, we only ask our Rescue Partners to reimburse us for the operating expenses of each event — essentially fuel based on mileage and hours. But, as you can imagine, they too have precious few dollars to spare. Please consider “sponsoring” an offsite adoption event for one of your area shelters or rescues.
- At $25, you’ll cover the cost of running our generator to keep the pets at a comfortable 72°F room temperature for the duration of their offsite adoption event.
- A $50 sponsorship covers about 100 miles of travel: from our base near Ben Wheeler to their shelter, on to the venue, shopping center or festival (and back, of course).
- For $100 you’ll cover both transport and climate controls for an average event, plus you have the opportunity to specify which Rescue Partner you wish to sponsor.
